will be there to assist everyone at the Pre-Staging Area. - Escort to Staging 11:30 by local PD.

- Pre-Staging 9:30 Adams Street (between west lake and West Jefferson)
- Tom Hail, Director of the Provost Guard Unit, and his team will be there to assist everyone at the Staging Area.
- Escort to staging 10:45 local PD

- Directors the afterglow is being managed via wrist bands
- Please provide Number of wrist bands your unit members will need (include spouse & immediate family) No band no eats
